   SSDS obtains data from various sources:
   1. Hundreds of participating owners, who submit their actual operating data annually.
   2. Data compiled by Charles R. Wilson & Associates, Inc. through the course of conducting 300-400 appraisals annually.
   3. Surveys, public records, and other primary information sources.
      
      
5. How do you become a Participant?
   1. Must be an owner or operator of one or more self-storage facilities.
   2. Fill out a Participant Data Form and sign a Confidentiality Agreement. For instructions go to the

   3. Provide SSDS with your actual operating data on each facility.
      
      
6. Is there a fee to become a Participant?
   
   No, participation is Free.
   
   
7. Why be a Participant?
