• Seasonally adjusted changes in Asking Rental Rates, Physical and Economic Occupancy, Concessions and Rent per Available Square Foot.
• MSA Supply Data expressed in terms of a ratio of the Number of Households per Existing Self-Storage Unit (adjusted for commercial tenants). The Supply Ratio compares the specific MSA to the National and Top 50 Largest market averages.
